Only five minutes from Downtown St. Pete. This is a SOLID BLOCK 1013 square foot, 2-bedroom home on an oversized, FULLY FENCED, 6800 square foot yard with a 600 square foot GARAGE. The garage has a second half bathroom. The expensive stuff has already been addressed: NEW ROOF in 2025, updated plumbing, NEWER AC (2021) UPDATED KITCHEN (2021) and recent NEW flooring in the bedrooms. Only $325,000 and UP TO $75,000 in city down payment and closing cost assistance. Just 1% DOWN PAYMENT required from the buyer! And you don’t need to be low income or buy a dilapidated house. The heavy lifting and upgrades have been done on the house, and a household earning well OVER $100,000 can still qualify! Located 5 minutes from downtown, you aren't buying into a neighborhood waiting to become desirable. South St. Pete this close to downtown has already arrived. New construction in this neighborhood has been selling for $725,000-850,000, for the last few years. And just this year one broke the $1 million pricepoint. Sold! The neighborhood is booming, yet the South St. Petersburg CRA homeownership programs are still in place. The result is a rare combination: a well-located South St. Pete home in a neighborhood that has already seen substantial appreciation and new construction, with the Salt Creek redevelopment poised to add even more momentum. Pair that with a city down payment program and this can make the purchase dramatically more attractive and accessible to a qualified buyer. And did we mention it qualifies for an additional $15,000 facade beautification grant? Come see it. Then ask us about the CRA down payment assistance programs.
